$750 Annual Budget: Week 7

Pardon the delays in posting with pics… (weeks 5 and 6 to come once I get some computer/camera issues resolved). I am not able to upload pictures, but got this to post in a very round about way! But here is last week’s shopping escapades:

Total Spent: $22.96

Total Saved: $315.50

Total Left to Spend for 2009: $708.32

(not including the 2 weeks I am missing)

Publix

Spent: $9.71
Saved: $123.19

Bi-Lo:

Spent: $5.76
Saved: at least $25 (all on produce manager’s special)

Bloom:

Spent: $4.49
Saved: $45.33

Walgreens:

Spent: $0 (used gift card)
Saved: $21.98

Bread Store:

Spent: $3
Saved: at least $100

This week, I had some coupons for free items, and used those to get my totals up to $10 in order to get my penny item at Publix. Needed diapers, but just used Walgreens gift card. We’ve made it to 12.5 months without having to pay money for any…so we’ll see how things go in the weeks to come. I might try to buy some more cloth diapers if I earn a few more Swagbucks.

I did spend above the “average weekly budget,” but remember that for this year my budget is technically annual, not weekly. My aim is actually to stock up enough where I do not need to shop for several weeks at a time.
