Greenville Daily Deal Sites

Here are some deals that are worth putting a new post on this site:

If you haven’t heard of daily deals sites, they are basically sites that sell services or products at a deeply discounted price (usually 50% off or more). They are growing in popularity on the internet these days, but now there are several that have even come to Greenville, varying deal offers from local interest only to deals that are available to buyers no matter where they live.

Living Social

Well, today’s deal at LivingSocial is a SUPER HOT deal:

You can buy a $20 Amazon.com certificate for just $10 (Just sign up at the link here; apparently under the Washington, DC, area if you can’t see it under Greenville, SC). This deal ends at midnight, EST, but if you  read this after that time is passed, make sure to check out LivingSocial for the local Greenville deals. Another deal for Greenville, SC area today is a 2-hour(!) massage for just $69, as opposed to the normal price of $140. Get 3 friends to sign up for the same deal using the special link, and the deal is free for you!

Groupon

Groupon is another great daily deal site, and one of my favorites. An added bonus is that from time to time they offer free “credit,” plus for every friend you refer that makes a purchase, you get a $10 credit…which goes a long way with Groupon. A great way to share and get credits is on Facebook…you don’t even need a blog! Today’s deal on Groupon is for $30 worth of footwear for just $15, and there is a side deal for $325 worth of chiropractic services at Cherrydale Family Chiropractic for just $20. (And if you have credit already, these deals are even better!)

Eversave

Yet another daily deal site is Eversave. You get $2 credit for signing up, and while I have yet to see a deal that is specifically Greenville only, they do have some pretty amazing deals from time to time (like free organic toys a few months back)! Today’s save is $30 worth of credit for $15 to Frecklebox.com, a company offering personalized children’s products.

There are lots of other sites like this, but these are 3 of my favorites. What are yours, if you have them?

Thanks for your patience with Saving in Greenville!

____

Oh, and Greenville friends, did you know we recently got a Trader Joe’s? They have some great deals and amazing foods, but I’m afraid I’d spend way too much if it was any closer to my house. :)

In full disclosure, yes, I will get credit if you sign up under my link and make a purchase. But I also want to be clear that I have spent money at each of these deal sites and can vouch that they truly are legitimate. While extra credit is great, these deals are great enough in and of themselves that they are worth posting here…even if you don’t use my sign-up link! :)

Thanks, Keren! I still subscribe to your blog and took your word for it on the Amazon deal — and I hope you get two others to “sign up” too! ;o)
